If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:
NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a NIMBUS 9 discount code. All items considered CLEARANCE cannot be returned for store credit.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- ONLY items that are unused, unopened, and have original packaging(s) attached may be returned.
- Opened item(s) are non-returnable, therefore non-refundable.
- E-liquids, atomizers, tanks, rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories are non-returnable.
- All clearanced, final sale, "as is" items are FINAL. Non-returnable/exchangeable.
- Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
- Nimbus 9 does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email [email protected] for assistance.) Please refer to warranty for details.
- Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: Return forms will be emailed upon request. Please contact us at [email protected])
- Return drop-offs are will be accepted at both Abbotsford or Surrey locations, original packing slips/invoice must be presented to.
How to Return
- If you wish to return an item, please email us at [email protected] In the email subject line please use this format: "RETURN. ORDER#_____". Please provide as many details as possible, including Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us.
- Securely package your unused item(s) and include the packaging slip.Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used. If you no longer have the packing slip, please go to your email and print off your original order email receipt that includes your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received is faulty/damaged or we have sent you the wrong item in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless your order qualified for free shipping).
If you are shipping a package containing items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to external circumstances out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for lost return items in the post.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds. Only regular-priced items in brand-new condition with all original tags attached may be returned for a refund.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
NOTE: All sales are FINAL.
Atomizers require replacement depending on how much you use your e-cigarette. The average user will go through 3-7 atomizers per month. Atomizers are only replaced if dead on arrival. Please let us know within 48 hours of getting your package if any of your atomizers are not working. The way your atomizer tastes is out of our control, therefore, any complaints related to taste are not warranted.
Tanks are only replaceable if the glass is cracked upon arrival, or if it is DOA. Issues regarding taste, leaking, etc are out of our control.
E-Liquids cannot be returned, or exchanged. E-Liquids are always final sale.
