1.1 Do you offer home delivery service?
YES! We will deliver within the Lower Mainland of: Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Abbotsford, Mission, and Chilliwack. There is a delivery fee ranging from $10 to free depending on the cost of products before taxing.
1.2 Can I pick-up my package in store?
YES! You may pick up your package at either locations. Just use our drop down menu to select which location you would like to pick it up at. There is no cost for packages being picked up in store.
1.3 How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping for parcels may take anywhere between 5-7 business days within Canada. Local home delivery packages will be delivered within the same day.
1.4 Do you ship internationally?
Sorry we do not, we currently only ship within Canada.

2.1 Can I make exchange on my purchase?

2.2 I don't need my item anymore, can I return it?
You may return your item ONLY if it is still sealed in its original packaging and you must present your order number. ALL returns will be shipped at your own expense.Returns will be only refunded in the form of store credit. ALL returns must be shipped to the following address:

3 Proof of Identification
3.1 Why do I have to send in a photo of my I.D.?
You much be 19 or older to purchase. IT IS THE LAW!
No minors may purchase and we want to make sure that it does not get into the hands of someone that is not of age. That is why we ask for proof of age to process your order quickly.
