Return/Exchange Policy


If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a NIMBUS 9 discount code.  All items considered CLEARANCE cannot be returned for store credit. 


How to Return 


  1. If you wish to return an item, please email us at [email protected]. In the email subject line please use this format: "RETURN. ORDER#_____". Please provide as many details as possible, including Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us.  

  2. Securely package your unused item(s) and include the packaging slip. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.  If you no longer have the packing slip, please go to your email and print off your original order email receipt that includes your order number.

  3. To avoid any additional shipping fees. Please send the item(s) back to:

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returns, unless the item received is faulty/damaged or we have sent you the wrong item in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if we receive a notification of unpaid shipping for your returns. 

If you are shipping a package containing items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to external circumstances out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for lost return items in the post.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds. Only regular-priced items in brand-new condition with all original tags attached may be returned for a refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.



NOTE: All sales are FINAL. 



Atomizers require replacement depending on how much you use your e-cigarette. The average user will go through 3-7 atomizers per month. Atomizers are only replaced if dead on arrival. Please let us know within 48 hours of getting your package if any of your atomizers are not working. The way your atomizer tastes is out of our control, therefore, any complaints related to taste are not warranted. 


Tanks are only replaceable if the glass is cracked upon arrival, or if it is DOA. Issues regarding taste, leaking, etc are out of our control. 

E-Liquid (E-Juice)

E-Liquids cannot be returned, or exchanged. E-Liquids are always final sale. 


Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
