Shipping

We offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. In order to process your order quickly, we will require a photo ID be sent to us with the order number for proof of age. It is by law that no minors under the age of 19 (nineteen) can purchase vape products. In some situations though it may take up to 14 business days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock. 

 

Pick-Up

Orders being picked up must present the order number on the invoice. Our current system only allows pick ups made for orders meeting the minimum $30 threshold before taxes and discounts. Can take up to a few days to process considering items may be at either location thus needing to be transferred if it is unavailable at one location.

Same Day Delivery

We offer local home same day deliveries to our customers, depending on the shopper's location there are two price points. Same day deliveries are shipped within the same day unless issues arise or specified otherwise. Our delivery times are based on available drivers at the store and if there is enough stock at both stores. Cut-off time for deliveries to be placed online or called-in is at 7pm PST (UTC-8).

For customers who are within a 5km radius of the store shipping is $5 but if the customer is located beyond the 5km and are in between a 5km-10km from the respective store then shipping is $10.

Between 15km-15km there is a delivery charge of $15 and any customer ordering 15km+ away from the respective store it is $25 in delivery fee.

Upon delivery, a physical copy of the purchaser's ID must be verified in person to prove they are 19+ in order to receive the package. Meaning that the person ordering has to be present when the delivery driver meets to drop off their package. 

**(Update 03/11/22) Due to the rising gas prices, we have made changes to our local delivery system.

Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited. We ONLY ship using Canada Post Expedited (5-14 business days) .
 
This ensures your package gets to you as quickly as you need it. All Packages shipped will have a Canada Post tracking number through our 3rd party carrier ChitChats. 
 
Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays. 

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Canada Post Expedited shipping on all orders in Canada when you purchase $100 or more in products. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items. 

In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.


Insurance

Every package shipped by Nimbus 9 is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can leave us a note on the checkout page. A fee will be applied for additional coverage. In the event that Canada Post lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.
