Shipping

We offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. In order to process your order quickly, we will require a photo ID be sent to us with the order number for proof of age. It is by law that no minors under the age of 19 (nineteen) can purchase vape products. In some situations though it may take up to 14 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock. 

 

Pick-Up

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days.

Orders being picked up must present the order number on the invoice.

Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited. We ONLY ship using Canada Post Expedited (1-10 business days) .
 
This ensures your package gets to you as quickly as you need it. All Packages shipped using Canada Post will have a tracking number. 
 
 
Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays. 


Free Shipping


We offer FREE Canada Post Expedited shipping on all orders in Canada and USA when you purchase $100 or more in products. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items. 

In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.


Insurance

Every package shipped by Nimbus 9 is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can leave us a note on the checkout page. A fee will be applied for additional coverage. In the event that Canada Post lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance.
